This guy is AWESOME !!

He could definitely be a main character of Dark Heresy universe (Warhammer 40.000 paper RPG).

The tiny bits of flammes & ashes make me feel the same way as your "Victory" deviation (O__O)

Even more impressive : the different clothing details (steam punk shoulders, noble cloak, trousers), perfectly mixed together.
